It’s been two months since my last post which is hard to believe and a little sad. I truly do writing these posts…there are a therapy of sorts and a break from the worries of daily life. I think that’s why I’m feeling a bit sad; clearly I haven’t been so great about self-care of late.
I’d like to think I’m a person who demonstrates a lot of commitment. But when it comes to self-care, it’s not a habit that I seem to have a good handle on. What do all of you do to keep things in hand (health, love, play, etc.) when life threatens to get away from you?
