I’m very excited about a subscription called Little Lace Box. Their motto is a box that is “for women who know they’re worth it”. A very tall order!
I missed out on LLB’s September box, which included some beautiful home items that I totally lusted after. I couldn’t purchase the box after the fact but was able to sign up for future boxes. (See my reviews from past boxes here.)
THE DETAILS: The Little Lace Box promises to deliver “hand-curated, nearly impossible-to-find designer products directly to your doorstep every month”. [UPDATE: LLB is now only shipping boxes every other month.] In fact, according to their site, it will be “brimming with high-end, brand name beauty, lifestyle, and home product samples to treat yourself to and dazzle your friends during your next night out”. They do not currently deliver internationally, only to the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The cost of a box is $39.99 which includes shipping. [UPDATE: Boxes for new subscribers now cost $49.99; previous subscribers have been grandfathered in at the original price.] I had a coupon and was able to get my first box for $29.99. This box is non-refundable. LLB also has a loyalty program so you earn points for purchasing products on their site.
Each of the LLB’s come with a great note from the founders about the theme, as well as a hint at what the next box’s theme will be. On the back is a description/price list for the items in the box, with further notes on each item. April’s box theme is “Nonna’s Kitchen”.
Here’s what I received:
